I’m also rather fond of the fact ultimate Loki uses a bow (though not so much of the fact he is Baron Zemo, that is too weird)

Then there’s mythological Loki who I have no pictures of but is also awesome. Oh and various other comic incarnations. And the cartoons, he’s been pretty great in cartoons.

I can’t pick a favorite. I can’t. 8C

They all get points off for something. Older comic Loki for losing his way and being consumed with spite, Lady Loki for stealing Sif’s body and using it as her own, Kid Loki for liking internet memes, movie Loki for being too cocky to remember that Clint has exploding arrows. (Clearly one of these things is more fucked up then the rest and I am kind of worried about anyone who can’t pick up on which.)

Conclusion? Don’t ask me to pick between Lokis because I will over think it and still not come up with an answer that I think is good enough.

A lot of people are excitedly going OH MY GOD WHAT IS THIS FROM AND HOW CAN I HAVE IT (feel free to ask me about any of the comic snippets I post, btw!  If i’m posting them then I know.) so I thought I’d answer this here in hopes of everyone seeing it (as seriously a lot are asking and it’s too much for me to find all of you myself).

This is from The Mighty Thor #12.1, which is the book that has a ton of the mythology-heavy Loki stories.  It’s great— probably my favourite of the TMT comics just because it’s SO FUN.

Not The Mighty Thor #12.  That one is fun too, but it’s not the same.  You want the one that has a cover like this.  (Note, if there’s an alternate cover for it I’ve never seen it, so this is more of a reference than a rule.)

You can get it, well, probably anywhere!  I found it in a big pack full of Thor-related comics, so search around.  I know there are a few torrents of it, if not a direct download somewhere.  (I don’t still have the one I got on hand, but if anyone reeeally wants exactly what I have I’ll go find it again.)
